I really like what you've achieved here, and am interested in knowing in detail how you got it. This look would seem to have a fairly specific venue, probably commercial, and not appropriate for all situations. Even so, as I am working hard on my own techniques for skin treatment, I'd like to know how you did it! I learned a lot from one of your earlier posts, and have been incorporating some of it in my recent images. Great stuff, very impressive - it reminds me of the ad for the Sigma SD14. Hope you'll share a tutorial!

C&C Welcome!
I really like what you've done here, the current vogue for beauty images now days is back to flawless skin, no bags under eyes etc. As a glamour shot it would be all wrong but I think its perfect. What everyone has to remember is what kind of shot the PSing is being done. Some techniques are approximate for different types of work.

I like this last one better. More natural, yet made up. There appears to be some crumbs in the corner of her mouth on her left side.

Always remember what you have read here and remember we all have first to be true to ourselves. These guy's on here sre some of the best in the world and if you look at their work you will soon start to pick out things about each one that you don't like or love about their work. Each one of us has to do the work we feel good in. It will never be good if it isn't naturally you. Skill is 10% intuition is 20% and love for what you do is 70%. Look at Pacasso's work.

I like it. The lipstick and eye makeup's very good. I think the skin tone is a bit bright, could have more of a skin 'tone' to it. Looks like you've got a nice technique going, justs needs to evolve some more (which should happen anyway the more you use it). For another reference, check out the full page ad for the Sony SLR (iirc) that features a close-up of a woman's face. It's fairly recent, so you should be able to find it - I've seen it in Digital Photo Pro.

Natalia,

If you haven't heard of it, get Skin by Lee Varis. Amazon has the best price on it. I just had some one on one instruction with him.
