The one thing she wanrs is for me to give here a "breast lift" I have played a round with the liquify filter a bit but cant get the results I need. Does anyone have any ideas. I am attatching one of the photos so you can see what I mean.

Hi,
I don't see any attached or otherwise. I don't have the chance to post as we keep our images private with clients. You could email an example and description of what your trying to accomplish and I'll respond. Or try attaching again and I'm sure you'll get feedback from others as well.

One way of getting the job done is to simply make a loose selection around the area you want to "lift", then press "Control"+"J" to duplicate the selection. Then go to Edit>transform>distort and use your mouse to move the corners around until you get the desired result. You may have to use the eraser tool to clean things up a bit. Then flatten the layer and use the healing brush to blend the skin tone back smooth. Like I said, that is just one way. I'm sure someone else will have a different way, but if you already tried "liquify" without success, you might try this. Arkie

Your method is what I usually use and I find it much eaiser that the liquify command. But sometimes, I'll use your initial method and then finish up with liquify.
Cheers,

I used the similiar method as above except using the eraser tool.
Do not enlarge the breasts too much.
