anyone know a quick photoshop steps to warm up the skin a bit?
it was a cold day and she didn't have much makeup

Phat,

If you shoot in RAW change the white balance to cloudy or shade. That's what I did in this one.

There are many ways. The quick and dirty way is to use something like the NIK Color Efex filters. The one I use is the "Briliance and Warmth" filter.
Several of Scott Kelby's books have detailed methods for Photoshop. But many of the methods are relatively complex compared to using a filter.
But if you have Photoshop CS2, then just choose Image | Adjustments | Photo Filter:



Then play around with the warming filters and the density. Keep the Preserve check box the way I show it:



If the filter effects part of the images that you don't want it to effect, then do it to a layer and use layer masking to paint the effect on just the skin tones.
And here is a rather warm version of the final photo:
