Hi Tony -

Thanks so much but thats because all the bad ones are hidden away haha

If I ever get down that way...I will certainly let you know. I hope to this year actually! Maybe late summer or fall.

and it maybe a misplaced.

First off, very nice photos. And I love what some have done with them. If you get out to or near Utah I would love to photograph you.

I'm assuming these aren't self portraits and I maybe mistaken there. I don't know what type of agreement you have with the photographer. I'm just really uncomfortable messing with somebody else's images without knowing the particulars. I know when I photograph woman, one of the parts of the agreement is they may in certain circumstances use the images but they can't alter other than sizing maybe for the web.

I know a rule here is we don't alter images and post without the photographers permission. And this a little different situation.

I know I might not be thrilled, but maybe not too upset, if I found some young lady I had photographed putting an image out someplace with a "let see what you can do with it request" without asking me first.

Am I being to paranoid???

We have actually had very long threads talking about this exactly. The general concensus was that a photographer should not mess with another photographer's images without knowing that the other person said it was okay. It is a violation of copyright in effect.

I do not agree in that no one has added their watermark or name to any changes made. As for the first shot taken there are no water marks or copy right show on the photos. I checked that out before I started to change any thing at all. I was suppressed no one asked that question up to this point!
I was going to ask it my self but I have not had time to even look at or consider what or how I was going to go with it.
Just to much work to do and the dolor “$ does come first, That’s way I do this and the love of as well.
Like to hear more on this how ever in general how ever and from what I have seen as of late every approach taken so fare is out standing and well done, it's making it even harder to come up with a fresh approach to the photo's over all.

And if any one won’t to improve on my work or give me a fresh idea they are welcome to do so!

LARRY
