What's the max image size for free members and for premium members? I searched, really.

Paul,
I never could find it either. I'm a lifetime member and anything between 500 and 600 pixels on the long side seems to work pretty well. If I understand correctly, anything submitted too large is auto resized. But that could cause unwanted artifacts.

There are a couple of ways to find out, Paul. The fastest is just go to another free member's portfolio, open one of their images and then right click it. Select "Properties" and you should see the resolution of the image there.

Likewise, if you want to see the JPeg quality setting, do all the above but then "Save Picture As" and check out the info with Photoshop.

But you could just as easily send a private message to Hackman and I'm sure he will tell you the info as well.

Yes, that's the point. I don't want GG to resize them for me. I also want to use the largest size possible. Perhaps someone who knows for sure will reply.

I believe the free ports size is 275 pixels longest side, 80kb.
premium 600 longest at 150 kb.

I think the max image size is about to go up for everyone, along with other enhancements for "lifers." Read Rolando's new goodies soon announcement (see #2). --Randy

That'd be nice. 275 px is REALLY small.
