I have Nik color effects and like the skylite filter to add warmth and the "classical blur" gives a nice fuzzy dreamy blur which is better than other types I have seen. Quite close to a Cokin 830.

I have a flaming pear "flood" one I like too.

DCE tools makes a color cast correction and a potrait skin cleaner which aren't bad.

I like anything by Flaming Pear, particularly Flood, though I haven't yet mastered it.

I also like the Digital Euphoria filter suite, I've been tinkering with their Fogbank filter a bit (almost like having a smoke machine when you can't have a smoke machine); I haven't yet explored all the rest of them.

The only one I really use on a regular basis is the Image Factory's Convert to Black and White Pro.

I recently picked up Grain Surgery to try to add grain back into my shots but my first test print just doesn't right even though it looks fine on the screen! Gonna have to play with that one some more...

Lastly, for any of you event photogs, Andromeda's Red Eye Pro plugin is WAY faster than mucking around with your own color filtering.

I wouldn't mind knowing more about that Fred Miranda B&W plug in though.I keep looking at it on his site but I just don't know...

I have heard of another package that supposedly has great B&W functions but I keep forgetting the name of it. If anyone knows of more B&W plugins I'd be grateful.

Very few, but IMHO, really nice, and all come from Fred Miranda:

FM B/W Pro (B/W conversion).
FM DRI Pro (Dinamic Range).
FM CS10 v2 (Sharpener for EOS 10D).

For their price are really good.

Some examples of B/W:

OK, here is my list:

PhotoKit SHARPENER (always)
Color Mechanic (very often)
FM Web Presenter Pro (for all web images)
Noise Ninja (very seldom)
PhotoZoom Pro (very, very seldom, ...well never needed it)

That's all!

Andromeda's Lensdoc... I use the Nikon DX AF-S 12-24 for shooting interior shots. Can use this plugin to correct perspective, skew and alignment. Works better than using PS transform functions.
My favorite and used very much. Genuine Fractals. Can save in a .stn LOSSLESS right after downloading image......makes print sizing very easy even when increasing print dpi. These .stn images become my keepers for future modification and printing since they won't loose data when opened and then saved again. I detest working with jpg's.......loose too much data every time it's opened...modified....and then saved again.
