The bug sits on a satin black table with a black background about 3 feet behind it. One softbox 20 inches above and 2 reflectors on each side slightly facing the camera for back fill.
Another softbox 45 degrees left to camera and a grid light 45 degrees to the right.

I used a Canon 180mm 1:3.5 L macro lens. First one taken from about 3 or 4 feet.
