While there are a few hot spots I find distracting there are a few other problems I think you should address. 1) Her rib cage. Even though we can tell your model isn't anorexic, some find a visible rib cage unattractive. 2) If at all possible try photoshopping her left arm out of the image. 3) Missing legs. Amputation is something that everyone has come across and finds difficult to resolve. To show that she has a left foot, place the foot on the other side of her right leg. It will change her pose but then we know she has a foot. In addition she could have straightened her right leg below the knee to show that she has one. It would be in deep shadow and not a distraction.

Your lighting is right on target and your full tonal range of grays is surperb.
