as a person who has shot more smut than has been seen by your average army battalion, i can honestly say that the finger in the mouth thing, as a suggestive pose, is not only way overdone, but rarely TRULY works. it's more cliche than rose petals on a naked female's body.

of course, a finger or fingers just barely touching or grazing a nipple or nipples as a woman, in soft focus, auto-sensuously looks down at her heaving breasts... now that's art!
