Poor makeup. The lighting is a bit weak overall (too contrasty & poor ratios/placement) and the hair in the second & third shot is really blown out. Overall, the lighting just isn't cutting it. It's worsened by the makeup. Sorry to be harsh. Rolando has some good lighting tips under the "Tips" section of this website that will be helpful.
Remember, that the photo is only as good as its weakest link. A good makeup artist is essential. Then, you get the light right....and it's all good.
