Also, keep in mind that fluorescent lights don't really have a true color temperature, because they don't act like black body radiators. So "correcting" to fluorescent lights is going to be more problematic than for hot lights, which DO act like (cold) black bodies.
Of course, this doesn't explain WHY the colors changed from shot to shot. I would guess that it MIGHT be power line flucuations? If I remember, the effect of such on the output of arc lamps (like fluorescents) is greater than on radiative emitters, like hot lamps.
