I don't have the S3 but I do have an S2. If the S3 does better than the S2 it should be a great camera. My only concern with the Fuji products is how long will they last. I have been reading a bunch of posts on the sensors going bad after a year or so (just outside of warranty). The new sensor design of the S3 may not have the same issues. It also appears that Fuji has stepped up to some of the earlier concerns of the owners of the S2 and fixed them in the S3 (i.e. CR123 Batteries, focus, etc.)
