I print mostly on Matte paper (Canon s9000 - Canon Matte Photo paper) and models seem to like it a lot. It is also about 1/4th the cost of glossy. I personally like the look of the photos better on Matte. I get really nice looking binders at my local Camera store that sell for less than $5 and have never had a problem with sticking. I can thus prepare a book of 12 to 18 8.5 x 11 photos for a model for a very reasonable cost and they seem to like this approach.
