you are printing CMYK on a RGB device. Start over with a RGB file. Do not start over with a file already converted to CMYK.

The CMYK gamut is MUCH smaller than RGB, so when a RGB file is converted to CMYK gobs of color data is thrown away you can not get it back.

Use ADOBE RGB 1998 as your working space.

Also make sure you are printing on Epson paper it can make a big difference.

However all of this may not solve all of your problems.

Maybe if you resort to resetting to default on both your printer and your photoshop, if everything else fails.

You do have a good printer.
