Maybe you can help me with this.
I have been following all the directions, I even called tech support and they walked me through some tests. Everything I print is DARK. My monitor shows vibrant colors that I know are accurate (it's a calibrated Apple cinema display and when I have my work printed somewhere else, the result is spot on to what I see on monitor) I'm running a G-5 with OSX 10.3.7, Illustrator CS. Photoshop CS, so everything I own is current. I've wasted like 20 sheets of paper, and a ton of ink trying different settings, and everything is TOO DARK.
Any thoughts?
