No problem with the equipment -- but they will make you take the video camera out of the case and run it through separately. It's one of those terrorist tips. They found a piece of paper in a raid somewhere that says you can turn a video camera into a laser beam and destroy the planet so they now have ALL video equipment out of the case and x-rayed. If you don't pack to have it easy to remove the camera, then it can be a hassle. Pack your cables in a separate compartment or bag. Have the camera ready to pull out and plunk on the x-ray belt.
