Load one of the photos in the folder of 184 into photoshop. Start the recording of an action. Flatten the image if it has layers and do whatever else you need to that one photo that would be consistent to do to all of them. If they are saved in 16bit you'll need to do a mode change to 8 bit to save in JPG. Then do a File | Save As as your final step in the action. Stop recording.
Now goto File | Automate | Batch choose your action (if will already be selected if you just recorded it). Set the source folder to where the PSD files are. Set the destination folder to an empty folder where the JPG will go. Start the batch. It will convert all the PSDs to JPGs.
If the PDSs have no layers and are in 8bit already, then the only action you'll record is the save as JPG.
