I would recommend you check out the Element K Journals publication "Inside Photoshop." I've been a subscriber for quite some time and they are very well-done in my humble opinion. Their website is
www.elementkjournals.com. From there you can find links to both Inside Photoshop and Photoshop Fundamentals. They don't come cheap but they are very well-done.
