I had a crack at your wife, well her picture anyway [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] I uses a combination of the healing bruch, blur, and the liquify tool along with a small curves adjustment. All done on different layers to balance out. It was quick and dirty, but I hope it helps.
