Thanks. It seems to be something with my computer. I took my router out of the loop and connected directly to the cable modem; still no luck. I then tried a different computer altogether and it works fine with and without the router. Something is amiss in my computer. I've reviewed all of my settings, cleared all caches and temp files and double checked my DNS and security settings ad nauseum but still can't find the ONE thing that is preventing me from doing any transactions. I can surf all day but NO transactions. It has to be a security thing but it's evading me. I build computers and know software really well but this one is kicking my butt. Live and learn.
