JP - Toast rocks, but since it appears that you don't have it, you can use Disk Utility instead.
Create a Disk Image of the cd, and burn it.
I've done this ONCE, a LONG TIME AGO, so I know it works, but I have since relocated my Toast updater for 10.
Toast is awesome...But don't bother with the Jam (because ProTools can legally be had for free)
