I don't know if this has been answered already....but, if you are shooting a dark skinned person wearing a very bright ...or white colored shirt or blouce, scrim the light..... that means to get one of those things that looks like a screen for an outside door.......and "feather" that over the projected area of your light path....(mainly main light) so that cuts the amount of light on their shirt and provides light that shows more detail in the face and shirt... Oh, and keep some powder with you too...so you can brush it on their skin....as with all models with oily skin.....being Italian myself, I have olive oil in my blood!
