OK, I've looked at this a couple of times today. I like it, but I don't really get the sense of movement you were going for. I get the feeling you waited a little too late to snap the shutter, and the hair was already starting to settle back down. Shutter speed seems to be kind of fast for this kind of shot. It froze the hair where it was instead of a blurring for the movement. I could be way off here.
