What color profile are they in PS? I'm guessing maybe they are Adobe RGB and when you save them they are being converted to sRGB. You'll see quite a difference if this is the case. If they are Adobe RGB then convert them to sRGB before saving for web.
Just a thought, not sure if that's the case for you or not!
