A quick and dirty was is to select the bikini (either with the magic wand or some other selection tool) then use the image->Adjustments->Hue/Saturation adjustment slider to change the color to whatever you like.
Give that a try.
Of course it would be better to use a copy of the layer or an adjustment layer to allow for undo's, etc.
