Has anyone here used/owned both? Yes, I know they are one generation behind, they are not the newest cams out there but here is my dilema/problem/question:
This week I went to a friend's house, he had an S1 collecting dust, as how he puts it is "too pro" for him. He asked me if I wanted to trade my E10 for that S1. My E10 is a year and a half old and have used it pretty frequently, his is a 6 month old S1 who has not used much at all.
When I was doing my research for cameras those two happened to be my choices, I ended up buying the E10 for price reasons.
I am happy with the OLY, it works fine for what I do. I also have always wanted/liked the S1, I just dont like the fact that the lowest ISO is 320 and I dont like the fact that the OLY's highest ISO IS 320 ( and shutter is 640 ).
Question is ( After all that writing ) to those of you who have used both or owned both, is it worth trading a used E10 for a new S1. Worth noting that my 35mm outfit is Nikon, so I pretty much do not need to buy lenses for it.
