Just keep working with the setups and paya ttention to the results.

There is NO right way if there was we woudl all be taking the same pictures. Find what works for you to obtain the results you are after and then post asking for opinions and you will get many different answers - some of which you want to pay attention to that help you reac YOUR goal and others you ignore because they do not help you reach your goals.

This is an art and as such there cannot be a RIGHT way to do anything especially since we all have different budgets, and various resources, different sizes and shapes of our studios, and a variety of models, styles tastes and lighting equipment.

So just keep perfecting your ability to get the shots you want and you will find what works for you.
