Go to Doug Box handout. It downloads a pdf file that Doug put out for his lighting seminar. Read it and, based on your image, I would say that you need to follow Method 1. I would also highly recommend going to one of Doug's seminars if it comes near you. Not only is he a very engaging speaker, he gives you your monies' worth in information.
