To all on the DVD--yes, I've been traveling and then had a laptop go down, which left me out of contact during my travels. We're working on it with the distributor and hope to get this all resolved with shipping next week--they are in Chicago and I will be at their headquarters next Thursday--so I will personally see they get out. Thanks for your patience, and my apologies for the delays. I'll be posting on my blog about it today and some, super special news about "Red Bull" and my workshops!
