Is that a cutout? Or, is it shot on a white seamless? The lack of shadow and/or reflection makes her seem unnaturally suspended in (white) space. The lighting's nice. The pose, makeup, wardrobe and prop certainly works for the genre. I don't think the hair style works nor the hoop earings. You might consider changing the composition. Everything is so... centered.
