No, as I mentioned in a later post, it was from an online program at

It's being done in PHP using the PHP graphic commands. My assumption is that they have all the little pieces with the borders on them but otherwise transparent. That they then use calculations to warp the image you submit into three shapes (after they make it square) and then they overlay all the transparent pieces over the three as needed to complete the project. There is also another post in this thread with a link to a downloadable cube generator and it works okay also.
