So a good friend of mine decided to chuck all his Nikon equipment and switch to Canon. Nikon's loss appears to be my gain because my friend is giving my first shot at buying his Nikon lenses. The only one I'm interested in is his 28-70 f2.8. It's five years old, but appears to be in great shape ... except that the rubber barrel grip is loose and keeps slipping up. Anyone know how to fix a loose grip?
Anywayz ... he's letting me use the lens for a week or two to see if I like it. Here are my first pix with the lens. Let me know if you see any lens issues that I should know about. Model is Brooke Becker from Dallas
