Here is an example of your shot using the Film effect from CEP 3. I used the Agfa 1600. But I used the Control points to shield the model, so instead got a nice background color change, but the model stays the same. The control points are really powerful and require no masking.
I'll have to grunge around and see if I can find some old shots from the bygone era.
