Congratulations!

I believe I saw the January issue on the newstands. If I'm not mistaken it's a young lady in jeans short shorts and a cowboy hat. I remember it because I'm partial to well fitting jeans short shorts... (sure I am, and the attractive girl had nothing to do with it... )
