#1 A tighter crop isnt gonna help because the neck is at a weird angle and the wrinkles there are always gonna be a problem. It makes her face look heavier then it is.
#2 The blur added in post kills it, but it also looks soft and muddy. Play with the original some more and try to get some detail back in her hair.
#3 is the best of the bunch. I am not sure that a vertical crop would make a difference here. I think the better choice would be to get her to the left side of the frame. Think about the rule of thirds.
