Greaseball is a slur for Italians. Greaser is a slur for Latinos, especially Mexicans:

The quote Rolando pasted is:
“Now if he’d used Rolando’s body grease you would see more. But maybe he didn’t want greasy bodies”?
According to the rules of grammar, when you add ‘s after a noun, it shows the possessive of the noun. Used this way, it means his personal body grease – not Pam, not baby oil, not Crisco.
I have no idea what Buff intended with his words - but under the circumstances, I can certainly understand how Rolando might have taken it as a slur. I can’t see how he could have taken it as anything less than a personal insult. In my opinion it was a very poor choice of words regardless of his intent and the resulting crackback should have been expected. Rolando isn’t exactly known to be a shrinking violet.
