In my case, the photos in my Glamour1 portfolio and my book (which are not all the same) come from three sources. (1) I was paid by someone other than the model, because I was hired to take the photos for specific commercial use. (2) I paid for the photo, because I decided to attend a workshop for the opportunity to work with more experienced glamour/nude models. (3) TFP/TFCD. I have also been paid to do photos for private use, but those photos do not go on the internet. Some of those can go in my book.
