It's funny how most photo shoot videos feature a lot of jittery video camera motion, quick cuts, fast zooms, and pumping techno music. Of course, it's to hype up the shoot. But all of us shooters know that a photo shoot is really quite boring, with lots of waiting around - for makeup, for lighting setups, wardrobe changes, ad nauseum. Also, there's tons of minute adjustments to a model's pose, camera settings, and lots of repetition in the poses. And then there's downloading to the notebook computer and checking images. And re-shooting. A real shoot takes hours, and everyone is exhausted in the end!
I'd like to see a video that shows the dialog that goes on between the photographer, art director, stylist, MUA, and assistants. The model and the photos are almost an afterthought in that drama!
