Thanks jakfoto for your advices I've got a friend inside the company, and I've already talked to him so he'll be pointing out the VIP among the guests.
And about your advice R_Fredrick_Smith, I've got the 18-55 lens that came with the 20D, but they arent as sharp as the 24-105, therefore I was a little afraid of using them.
Anyway I'll try to arrive soon enought to the reception hall so I can make some tests before the party stars.
It's tomorrow night so on friday I'll tell you how it was.
