The 1Ds Mark III has not been announced by Canon, but there is rampant speculation about what it will feature. Most of the features on the 1D Mark III are expected (not necessarily two Digic III chips, though), plus some extras that would be expected on a 1Ds family camera. Almost certainly more pixels (general speculation is 22Mpixel, but I've heard suggestions from 21Mpixel to 30Mpixel), probably 4 to 5 fps, etc.
The 1Ds Mark III is expected to be announced in the second half of 2007.
