You may or may not know that Elinchrom make their own beauty dishes - they have two sizes. I have the larger one (72cm, I think) with a white interior. Comes with gold and silver deflectors which slide into the umbrella hole of the Elinchrom mono. Works well. I think Elinchrom call it a Softlite, or something like that.
