I'm missing something here... You say the AB speedring looks like the Hensel speedring. How do you know if you don't have the Hensel? It must be a picture in a catalog or maybe a picture that came with the units.

Anyway, I second the notion that you contact whoever you bought the units from.

Now then, you may get a pleasant surprise... the AB speedring is about $30, the Hensel may be considerably more. I've casually looked at some rings for other studio flashes and they seem outrageously expensive to me, some going for over a $100.

I went over to the B&H site and did a search for "Hensel". It comes up with 8 pages of stuff including about half a dozen different speedrings of different ilks. You musta looked in the wrong place... Unfortunately, most of them are "Out of Stock"
