hello its time to upgrade i already have a eos5 & eos50e with a few lens, so what shell i do get the nikon D40x or the canon 400D ? the nikon as more flash modes rear curton sync and slow sync & 1/500 flash sync , the canon only goes to 1/200 flash sync and slow sync hmm i looked on DPreview for the specs. if i buy the canon i will need to send my older lens back for a bios upgrade so thay can work on the new Digital range of canons.. the kit price is the same with 18-55mm and 55-200mm lens both got memory cards 2 gig and a bag.. so whats the best i do use flash alot in the studio thanks paul
