I have and use JTL lights (3 versalight 360s) and a case with stands and a bunch of accessories. I had a modeling light go out during a dry run and found out later it was just loose. They are NOT hard core lights, They are not expected to handle daily use for years and years. They do light well and I have less than $600 TOTAL in my lighting, including three 4channel radio slaves. I have set up and shot with them perhaps a dozen times and have had no problems. As often as I use them, they are perfect.
I also use a pair of sb600s and the D200's commander mode.
