Hi Folks,
As I continue to plow my way through this book that I am reading, I have come across another question.
The author shows a picture where "body sculpting" is about to be performed. He has created a selection of the person that he is going to keep and the remainder is going to be cut away. Unfortunately, he shows a diagram and his text is simply:
Quote:
|
Repeat the preceding steps to slim her stomach. Deselect.
|
I have a strong suspicion that the preceding text is missing, because there is no reference to the diagram which shows some sculpting taking place.
At present I have a body sculpting layer that has one selection in two parts. The first part is a a bit of the front of her stomach and open space in front. And the second part is a bit of her butt and thighs with space behind.
My question is, how can I use an eraser and this selection to remove part of her stomach as well as butt and thighs? From looking at the diagram, I get the impression that the author has inverted the selection, somehow protected her main body from being erased, and then he simply erased the "non-selected part" with an eraser.
Any and all help is appreciated.
Regards,
Kevin
