The picture is too small to judge the focus on her eyes, it could be a problem with down scalling without using bicubic sharper algorithm. I think the main problem here is her face. The cap is narrowing her upper part of her face. Her teeth are big and too white and pop up in the picture, her eyes should be more important, but they lack light. Her face look too round around her mouth. Her neck is a bit too heavy and it reminds me about a man's neck than a woman's neck. This impression is amplified by her head position, perpendicular to her shoulders line.

She looks like a construction worker or woodcutter. I'm exaggerating a bit to understand better, while english is not my native language. I think you could ask her to lean a bit her head in a more feminine attitude. Keep her hair close to her neck on her right side to mask her heavy neck.

I don't know what you tried to do with lighting, but here is my opinion. You have to decide which is your main light. If the light on the right is only a kick light, then it spills a bit too much light on her left cheek, as already someone observe it already. If your main light is that on the left, I think is too weak and placed too high. Try to obtain catchlights in her eyes and you'll bring her eyes to life.

I hope I didn't hurt too much your feelings.
