Look dude,

No matter what Mommy says, you can still be in trouble for this. It's your ass that goes to jail over it.....why don't you shoot them in cute outfits and sundresses afterall. In the state of Alabama, it's illegal to shoot models under the age of 19 in a state of nude, Mississippi is 21. Going from lingerie can easily switch to implied nudes to nudes....maybe not, but it could....

Plus, why would you want that added pressure to find that line not to cross when you're already in a grey area....or to be known as the "underage" guy.

You can do glamour lighting with a cute top, take a 3/4 shot and no one would know that it's really not lingerie, but you know she was wearing jeans....Hell with most of the outfits these days, they look like lingerie.

When I was around 15, I wanted to take glamour shots too....but thankfully my mom protected me from it....anygirl before she's old enough to be hired for glamour work, shouldn't be building a portfolio for glamour. Not to mention, I still remember the photographers that said behind her back that it was ok, and that posing nude is fine at my age....and to come back when she's not around....these were reputable photographers, until alot more of this leaked out, and now they're not even listed in the phone book as photographers anymore.

Just focus on getting a good shot, not getting underage girls naked.
