Hope your treatment works okay. sounds like left ventricular failure to me.
Can hopefully be treated with diet, drugs and gentle exercise. Hope an operation is not necessary, but I had a double heart by-pass a few years ago and feel great now. I know this is not what you have but just trust the cardiologists, follow their advice, and accept that real men do go to the doctors.
