Zakd, In addition to the comments that Roger made, (and I agree), the kicker or (hair light or accent) light needs to have some more control such as barn doors or a snoot. Not only too bright, but too broad.
In my opinion the lighting is good as it is without the light, so don't change it too much except for the movement as stated. But you have the right idea of some sort of accent light when you have a dark background and dark hair. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.
