if you're not happy with the color due to the "golden hour" glow (something some of us wait all day to shoot) there's plenty of ways to adjust the hue so that it's more to your liking.

i don't think i'd recommend what digidawg said but you can certainly do all kinds of things with a hue/saturation layer or you can play around with adding (or subtracting) some of that warmth using photoshop's photo filters. if you shot in RAW there's even more options.
